Logistics & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Area We provide professional delivery services across mainland Singapore. Specialized delivery to restricted zones (e.g., Jurong Island, airport cargo complexes) may incur additional surcharges and require prior clearance.
2. Delivery Scheduling Once your stone fabrication is complete, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery and installation date. We strive to meet your project timelines, but delivery slots are subject to availability and site readiness.
3. Site Access & Requirements Natural stone is extremely heavy and requires specialized handling.

Access: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location has clear access. This includes ensuring that lifts are functional and protected, and that there is sufficient clearance for our transport vehicles and equipment.

Staircase Carry: If the delivery involves carrying stone up staircases (where lift access is unavailable), additional labor charges will apply.

4. Receiving of Goods A representative (the client or an appointed contractor) must be present at the site to receive and inspect the materials.

Sign-off: Upon delivery and/or installation, you will be asked to sign a Delivery Order.

Risk Transfer: Once the goods are signed for and accepted, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the client.

5. Failed Delivery If our team arrives at the scheduled time but cannot complete the delivery due to site unreadiness or lack of access, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
