1. Scope of Service StoneHub Singapore provides a comprehensive stone solution, including consultation, site measurement, fabrication, and installation.

2. Accuracy of Site Measurements Final fabrication is based on the measurements taken by our team. Any changes to the site environment (e.g., cabinet modifications) made after our measurement session may result in additional costs and are the responsibility of the client.

3. Installation & Acceptance Upon completion of the installation, the client or their appointed contractor must inspect the work. Once the "good to go" is given and the installation is accepted, the product is 100% the client's responsibility. StoneHub is not liable for any damages (cracks, scratches, or stains) caused by subsequent renovation works or third-party handling.

4. Product Natural Characteristics Natural stone is a product of nature. Clients acknowledge that variations in color, veining, and texture are inherent. Samples provided are for reference only, and the final installed slab may differ slightly from the sample.

5. Intellectual Property Images and content on stonehub.sg may be used for personal use, such as mood boards. However, any commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution of our imagery without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
