Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds or Returns All sales are final. Due to the weight, fragility, and bespoke nature of natural stone, StoneHub Singapore does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once materials have been delivered or collected.
2. Cancellation Policy We understand that project timelines can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

Before Processing: Orders may be cancelled within [e.g., 24-48] hours of payment, provided that the stone has not yet been cut, fabricated, or dispatched. A small administrative fee may apply.

After Processing: Once fabrication (cutting/polishing) has commenced or the material has been specifically indented for your project, the order cannot be cancelled, and any deposits made will be forfeited.

3. Natural Variations Natural stone (marble, granite, etc.) is a product of nature. Variations in veining, color, and texture are inherent and expected. These unique characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for cancellation or replacement.
4. Quality Assurance Please inspect all materials upon delivery. Any claims for transit damage must be made immediately to the delivery team at the point of receipt.
